Terry brokered some of the largest transactions in the St. Louis Metro East including The Fountains at Fairview, The Shoppes at St. Clair, The Shoppes at Green Mount, Memorial Hospital East, Wolf Creek Office Park, and countless others. During his 35 year career, he brokered over 300 commercial transactions including corporate relocations, 1031 exchanges, retail and office leasing, and site selection. Terry’s dedication to his clients has earned him the distinction of one of the top commercial brokers in the area and a go-to guy for dozens of developers and corporations. Development

Terry has developed multiple commercial real estate projects totaling over 150,000 SF including Build-to-Suit facilities for Woolpert Engineering, EWR & Associates, Vigoro Industries, St. Elizabeth Hospital, HSHS Medical Group, Anderson Hospital, Bella Milano Restaurant, and Shogun’s Japanese Steakhouse. Currently Triple Net Management oversees a portfolio of 90,000 SF of office and retail properties.

The Build-to-Suit process starts with a clear understanding of the tenant needs, timeframe, and desired location. Site Selection, Space and Site Planning, and Building Design are all coordinated with you, the client, every step of the way - from ground breaking to ribbon cutting.
